Shipping & Returns

As on the chart above, we offer a 2-day delivery option. This is for transit time only. We cannot guarantee an order placed today will ship today and orders received after 3:00 pm ET will not ship same day. As part of the order confirmation process, we can let you know what our internal shipping schedule would be. Contact us if you are interested in further expedited options such as overnight shipping.

Looking to purchase from outside the US? Shipping charges will be estimated after your order is submitted. We will email you after calculating the shipping total for your approval. Your credit card is not charged until your order is confirmed.

We will ship to what ever address you specify. We can include a gift note, use the comment box in the checkout. We even gift wrap! Please choose the desired quantity if you want each item purchased wrapped. Each delivery address must be processed as a separate order. When we see an order being shipped to a different address, we put a gift invoice (without pricing) with the package and email you the complete invoice.

For items that are defective or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the situation. For non-customized items you wish to return for other reasons, we will accept returns for refund or credit, if within 30 days of date of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs. Due to being made-to-order, we do not accept returns on customized items, including Name Puzzles; all sales are final. For returns or exchanges of products not purchased directly from us, please contact the retailer.
